Standard Products
All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted except as expressly provided below for verified manufacturing defects.
Custom Products
Custom products include, but are not limited to, custom metal signs, personalized artwork, custom dimensions, customer-supplied designs, logos, names, address signs, and made-to-order fabricated items.
The listed price for certain custom products may represent a base price for a project similar in size and complexity to the example shown. If, after reviewing the customer's specifications, the final project requires less labor, material, or complexity than anticipated, Weld Weld West LLC may, at its sole discretion, reduce the final purchase price and issue a partial refund or adjust the final invoice accordingly.
If a custom project requires additional labor, material, or complexity beyond the base offering, Weld Weld West LLC will contact the customer for approval before fabrication begins.
Cancellation Policy
Custom orders may be canceled for a full refund only if fabrication, material preparation, design work, or production has not begun.
Once work has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled and are non-refundable.
Weld Weld West LLC reserves the right to determine when work has commenced, including but not limited to digital design, engineering, material procurement, cutting, machining, welding, fabrication, finishing, or packaging.
Defect Claims
Verified manufacturing defects (excluding normal wear, cosmetic imperfections, surface oxidation (rust) on raw steel which is a natural characteristic and not a defect, or issues arising from customer specifications) must be reported to Support@WeldWeldWest.com within seven (7) calendar days of delivery, together with detailed photographs and proof of purchase.
This seven-day reporting period is a strict condition precedent to any claim.
Weld Weld West LLC's sole obligation, at its discretion, shall be repair, replacement, or a refund of the purchase price actually paid for the defective product, excluding shipping charges.
Customer Modifications
Any modification, welding, grinding, machining, drilling, coating, painting, or other alteration performed by the customer or a third party immediately voids all warranty and defect claims.
No Chargebacks
Customer agrees to contact Weld Weld West LLC and make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute before initiating a credit card chargeback.
Any chargeback initiated contrary to this Agreement may constitute a material breach of contract, and the customer agrees to be responsible for any recoverable fees, costs, collection expenses, and attorney's fees incurred by Weld Weld West LLC in defending or recovering the disputed funds, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
